    How long will it take to get my order?

    We try our best to process orders within 2-3 business days. Once completed, you’ll get a shipping confirmation and you’ll be able to track your order’s journey to you.

    Orders are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse in Mississauga so transit times can vary depending on where you live. Orders within Ontario usually arrive between 1-3 business days, orders shipping outside our home province can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to get to you. For rural and remote areas, it could take up to 13 business days to arrive, so please keep that in mind when placing your order!

    Help! I received a tracking number and it's not working!

    Once orders are processed for shipment, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not been updated in over a week, please contact us!

    Do you ship internationally?

    We also ship to contiguous the United States, and some locations in Europe.

    I made multiple orders - can I ship these together?

    Due to the high volume, we can only process orders as they are received. We, unfortunately, cannot combine shipping on orders placed separately.
