Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, in addition to delivery times.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse in Mississauga. International Orders will be processed through their local postal network once it arrives to their destination country.

Estimated delivery time: 2-9 days from time of shipment.
Under $150 CAD (before taxes): $30 CAD
Over $150 CAD (before taxes): FREE!*
Estimated delivery time: 4-8 days from time of shipment.
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated in real time, with two service options:
International Parcel: 1-2 months, depending on destination country.
Xpresspost: 4-7 business days.
*Certain oversized items and shipping addresses may be exempt from Free Shipping.
We try our best to make sure that your order is delivered on time, but pioneerstuffs.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, peak periods etc.
We are unable to predict or take responsibility for any customs or duties incurred in the shipping process for international shipping.
